Samaritans Crisis Line - Effective Listening Skills Training
This training equips participants with the skills to effectively listen to and support those who are feeling depressed, suicidal or are in distress. The Samaritans Crisis Line has been providing listening to support the people of Western Australia for more than 40 years using a method endorsed by the World Health Organisation. The Effective Listening Skills Training is based on the training we give to our volunteers. Now and we can teach you what we do!
